nutritional coaching

Are you looking to improve your vitality and eat a more whole-food, plant-based diet?
My approach is not another diet; it is changing how you will eat for the rest of your life in order to maintain optimal health.
You do not have to be a vegetarian or a vegan to work with me.  My goal is to help you make the food choices that work for you.
Coaching sessions include defining your health goals and understanding any health issues to address with diet, assessing your current diet, and creating customized meal plans for you to follow as you transform your diet.

How I Work

  • I offer coaching over the phone, via Skype, or by email
  • After a one hour initial session, I offer thirty minute follow ups
  • I offer counseling on an individual, ongoing basis
  • I offer additional supplementary materials as needed including meal plans, recipes, grocery checklists, and food/mood journals

Please email me at karen@naturallyessential.com and we can set up a time.

Special Considerations

§  My work is not intended to replace the treatment of any other healthcare professionals.  If you have been diagnosed with or in treatment for any health problems or illnesses, please continue working with your doctor or other healthcare professionals and let them know you working with me on improving your nutrition.

§  Many people have asked me in the past if I work only with vegans. The answer is no! As a nutritionist, my goal is simply to help each client find a diet that is appropriate, healthful, and sustainable for his or her body.
